Our culture is founded on a number of basic principles: promoting inclusion, leveraging diversity, developing employability, and measuring employee satisfaction. These principles have been directly translated into our day-to-day human resources and management practices. Ensuring that our vendors comply with internationally accepted labor standards is a central element of our commitment to social responsibility.
We have introduced a Code of Conduct and enforce these standards through a comprehensive supplier-monitoring program. The overriding aim is to promote respect for human rights among suppliers
      
We encourage our staff to volunteer their skills to the community and focuses in particular on supporting projects and initiatives in favor of social inclusion. By translating sustainability principles into management practices in the areas of recyclable packing, timber sourcing, and waste management, we are working to minimize environmental impact in each of our business processes.
